By using CipherSEO, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product. That's about as plain as we can make it.
CipherSEO is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a report.
CipherSEO provides automated landing page analysis and copy optimization tools. The free scan delivers a diagnostic report. The paid report ($9, one-time) delivers the full analysis and rewrite payload described on the homepage.
The analysis is generated by automated systems, including AI models and third-party data APIs. Scores, roasts, and recommendations are automated editorial opinion based on real data — they are not professional consulting advice, and no specific outcome (rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue) is promised or guaranteed. SEO doesn't work like that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something worse than we are.
The service depends on third-party APIs (AI analysis, search data, page speed, screenshots). If a third-party provider is down, parts of a report may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. We'll always try to complete your report rather than leave you hanging.
The $9 fee is a one-time payment for a single page's full fix report. It is not a subscription. It does not auto-renew. There is no hidden tier-two upsell inside the report.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment security, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your card details never touch our servers.
Reports are digital goods delivered instantly, so we keep this simple and fair:
Refund requests go to support with your report URL or purchase email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
You may only scan URLs you own or have permission to analyse. You may not use CipherSEO to scrape competitors at scale, resell scan results without a white-label agreement, or attempt to reverse-engineer the engine.
We reserve the right to refuse or block scans of any site, with or without a snarky error message.
CipherSEO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost data — arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for most of you, is nine dollars).
Your website is your responsibility — fully and exclusively. CipherSEO provides analysis and suggestions; it never modifies your website. Any change you make based on a report — copy, code, meta tags, anything — is made by you, at your own risk, and we are not liable for what happens as a result, including but not limited to: drops in search rankings or traffic, lost conversions or revenue, broken layouts or functionality, indexing changes, or any other effect on your website or business. Search engines and AI assistants change their behaviour constantly and owe neither of us anything.
Test changes before deploying them, keep a backup of your original copy, and use your own judgment. We hand you the fix; you decide whether to apply it.
Split three ways, plainly:
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
