My report didn't generate / something's broken

Email with the URL you scanned and roughly when. If a paid report failed, we'll re-run it free — and if it's still broken, you get a full refund, per the terms. Bugs in a day-old product are likely; hiding from them is not.

Refunds

Covered plainly in the Terms of Service: failed or broken reports get refunded, disagreement with the roast does not. Send your purchase email or report URL and we'll process it through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Agencies & white-label

Running audits for clients? White-label terms and volume pricing exist. Email with "AGENCY" in the subject line and a line about how many scans you'd run per month.

Privacy & data requests

Want to see or delete what we hold about you? It's very little, and it's yours — details in the Privacy Policy. Same email, usually handled within days.

Found a security issue?

Email with "SECURITY" in the subject line and it jumps the queue. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and acknowledged.

Everything else
